This loaded midsized BMW motorcycle is a snap to turn in its garage space next to the owner's car. The motorcycle swivel stand allows Don to rotate the 62 in., 635 lbs. bike in a small circle, rather than executing a multi-point turn.

Even at 61.8" long and weighing 635 lbs.,
Don's loaded BMW K1200 RS is a snap to turn
around in this standard two-car garage.

This video shows how easy it is to use the Turn A Bike - Stainless Steel
(TAB ST) portable motorcycle turntable.

Ellen volunteered to demonstrate the TAB ST with her BMW R1200 R. This
bike has a 59.8" wheel base and weighs 527 lbs., but with the Turn A Bike,
she didn't have to muscle it through a 4-point turn to prep the
motorcycle for her next ride.

The turntable has worked out great for us. I have a BMW 12RT and it is tall for me, so I have trouble backing it up, especially over the threshold of our bike room door. In the past, my husband would have to push me over the threshold.

The TurnABike does make it a little more difficult to get the bike on the center stand, but I am getting better, with practice. With the turntable, I am able to bring my bike into the room, spin it around, and then am ready to go when I need to get the bike out of the room by myself.

Thanks,

Lynne

Rather than creating a homemade motorcycle turntable for his motorcycle, Sean uses the professionally designed and built TAB motorcycle turntable.

My workshop project has finally gotten far enough that I've had a chance to move the bikes in and experiment with the Turn-a-Bike.

I've been very impressed with how easy it is to use and especially impressed with how little effort is needed to turn the bike. I weigh about 150 and my big bike is a BMW R1100RS, which is just over 500 lbs wet. But once it's on the Turn A Bike it takes next to no force to get both wheels up and start turning! If I was more reckless I could easily do it one-handed.

Long story short... the thing works great!

Thanks,

Sean

The Turnabike Turntable is a wonderful tool that I use everyday. I commute to work 50 miles round trip everyday, rain or shine. It is nice to pull into my garage and with little effort turn my ST1100 around.

Dropping this bike that weighs in at 657 pounds is not an option, I know by experience. So the Turnabike is a daily operation of spinning my bike around for the next trip out the door.

At first I thought, how can this support that much weight? I was very tentative at first that it would work, boy has it made me a believer. It is sturdy and takes little pressure to rotate the bike 180 degrees. I recommend it to all my friends!

Thanks,

Charles
